Advertising performance depends on many factors outside Local Growth's control, including market conditions, competition, advertising platforms, customer budgets, products, offers, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
Therefore, Local Growth does not guarantee a specific number of sales, leads, customers, views, clicks, revenue, or profit.
Unless specifically stated otherwise in an agreed offer, advertising platform spending is separate from Local Growth's service or management fees.
Customers remain responsible for approving their advertising budget before advertising spending begins.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, materials, product details, images, access, approvals, and other information reasonably required to complete the agreed service.
Customers must not request advertising or services involving illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited products or activities.
Digital products and services are delivered electronically. Delivery may take place through email, download link, website access, WhatsApp, or another agreed digital method.
Service delivery time depends on the specific project and will be communicated to the customer when appropriate.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of product or service purchased, whether work has already started, and whether digital content has already been delivered or accessed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Local Growth retains ownership of its original website content, guides, templates, designs, processes, and other proprietary materials.
Local Growth may use third-party services such as advertising platforms, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, or social media platforms.
Local Growth is not responsible for outages, account restrictions, policy changes, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.
Local Growth will provide services with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific commercial results.
