This Refund Policy applies to digital products and services purchased from Local Growth.
Digital products such as PDF guides, templates, printable files and downloadable resources are generally non-refundable after they have been delivered, downloaded or accessed.
If there is a technical problem with delivery or access, please contact us and we will provide reasonable assistance or a replacement copy.
Customers may request cancellation before work begins.
If work has already started, any refund will depend on the amount of work completed and costs already incurred.
Completed and delivered services are generally non-refundable.
Advertising budgets paid to or already spent through advertising platforms are separate from Local Growth service fees and cannot be refunded by Local Growth.
If you believe you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, contact us promptly so we can review the transaction.
Approved refunds will be returned through an available payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
